The lenses on this particular inventory were not certified by the Military under a technicality of distortion in the "as worn" position vertically only, and not horizontally, which is actually how the goggles are worn. That's why we can offer these at such a great price. The goggles are ANSI certified and otherwise conform to all other Military requirements. They are perfect for Airsoft use and the overall response from the Airsoft community has been terrific. However, we make no express or implied warranties. Our inventory is entirely desert tan. The straps and case will be either tan or black.
